Utilizing USA sourced aerospace grade carbon fiber with dedicated resin blends for specified rotor blade construction, Helix has stepped up production detail to a whole new level, providing a true hard core 3D blade that is optimized for the most aggressive flying styles that can be imagined. 

With a direct focus on light weight and incredible chord wise / span wise stiffness, Helix has developed a true one piece rotor blade, versus a weaker two piece system, which allows this one piece rotor blade to retain massive amounts of strength & rigidity - qualities that translate into a flight like no other.

This stiffness not only translates into a fast cyclic response that coalesces with phenomenal high speed stability, but also reduces flutter by a large degree, allowing every ounce of energy to be translated into the air, versus flex & flutter.

Incorporating true carbon fiber beauty, Helix opted to do away with any gel coat or paint, as these types of materials add unnecessary weight. Pure performance is the main goal with helix rotor systems, and this can be easily seen with a beautiful carbon fiber finish that is true carbon as it comes.

Designed for the performance 3D pilot in mind, but also excellent for FAI capability, the Helix rotor systems incorporate tremendous levels of safety by wrapping high strength safety wire around the blade bolt root. By utilizing this high strength mounting system, and also utilizing a zig-zag wire layout within the internal lead weights, the Helix blades prove themselves as one of the safest blades on the market today, allowing you to push these blades well past the envelope of sanity.
